Low Carb Chili Meat

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 green bell peppers (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- Half onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup Chicken broth (didn’t have beef broth)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 6oz can of tomato paste
- Salt (season to taste)
- Pepper(season to taste)
- Cumin (season to taste)
- Chipotle chili powder (season to taste)
- Cayenne pepper (season to taste)
- Garlic powder (season to taste)
- Onion powder (season to taste)
- Dried oregano (season to taste)
Topping:
- 1 Net Carb spinach tortillas
- (Sliced and fried for tortilla chips season with salt and pepper)
- Sliced Jalapeños
- Diced onion
- Mild cheddar cheese
- Cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare all ingredients
- In a pot on medium heat add avocado oil and sauté onion, garlic until cooked, then add bell peppers and cook for 3 mins. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chipotle chili.
- Add meat and cook until brown.
- Add tomatoes stir. Then add paste, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and broth. Mix and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
